Wow what a delicious cup cake. I had a vegan coconut and raspberry...... moist cake and dreamy creamy topping. One star off as the staff were not very helpful.

This is by far the worst Lolas we have been been to. We went to Lolas cupcakes in the Glades Bromley kent last night to buy the children cupcakes after a long evening Christmas shopping. The lady working behind the counter was on the phone. We thought she was taking an order but after 5 minutes waiting trying to get her attention she it was obvious she it was a personal call. She kept repeating we are closing soon and completely ignored us. We walked away and I turned around to see her come off the phone, clearly she did not want to serve us. This is such a shame as other stores have always had the best customer service.
