Hi Shifa,Firstly I would like to thank you for coming to our salon for our services. As we have been notified by you personally in the salon regarding your unfortunate experience, we sincerely appreciate all positives and negatives comments and reviews from all our customers as to be able to excellence in our service. According to our record, you came in a few days before Christmas with another family member and had SNS dipping powder nails extension done. You came back the week after which was between Christmas and New Year with more family members which you clearly said that there was about 8 people in total that you have brought to our salon to have the same service done. Initially, if you are not happy about our service you would not have brought more customers to our salon, that's one point. You came in on the 12th of January 2019, which is nearly 3 weeks after you first received our service and complaint about how your nails got burnt while lighting a candle, and you burnt yourself from the substances melt out from your nails. We have been running our services for nearly 5 years at the Salon and we have done thousands of clients with SNS dipping powder extension, so far we have received none complaints about clients nails catching fire or the nails are highly flammable. This is an unfair accusation to the salon as there were no proof of what happened, and the time the accident happened 7 days after you got your nails done you only came in after nearly 3 weeks to get it sorted. We do have a Salon Policy saying we will repair all damages within 2 weeks from the day clients first got their nails done. When you came in you got 3 nails damaged and we agreed to repair it without charge though it was already over the 2 weeks policy for repairs ( we have got our regular clients at that moment to witness the conversation between you and the salon members). You did not agreed to the offer and wanted to take all your nails off and start a new set and you picked out a colour that was different from the original colour that you already got on. This is clearly an unreasonable request and is not at all in any of our terms and conditions or any salon policies. On the same day you came in to make the complaint, there was 2 of your family members that came in with you and requested us to do SNS infills for their nails without any issues on damages stated. They were waiting to get their nails done and only left with you when you did not meet a satisfactory negotiation with us. These says that only your nails are damaged and none of your other family members that you brought to our salon has the same problem. We would not say who's right or wrong but we tried our best to solve the problem by offering to repair it for you but not do it a new set for you with a different colour. Two weeks ago I had my nails done here . After 7 days while lighting a candle my nail ignited and in shoving shookbmy hand the product dripped off and burnt me it spread to another nail melting the varnish and burning my own nail it smelt terrible. Also a day after another nail just cracked in half right down to my own nail it was painful .I returned to ok nails as soon as i was free I also had emailed them but they did not answer they've refused to do anything about it . No where on the poster does it say that it's highly flammable or that it is actually powdered aycrilic put on with superglue. They just do not want to know . They were rude dismissive and ignorant .
Called to make a booking for three people. The man on the phone was very rude and wouldn't let me finish explaining what we wanted. Customer service poor from the start. This is for the day before my wedding, will not take a chance, canceled the booking. I'll take my business elsewhere. Man put the phone down on me. Shocked!
I went and got my nails at the shop across from JJs called nailtini no5 got them done Sunday last week 3 nails come off and they were lifting I've been here once before and the same thing happened but I thought I'd give them another go it's been about 6 months surely they aren't the same they have improved. I go in and ask for a refund all they could offer was to redo them, I didn't really want them doing them again and it's wasting my time going to them twice for one set of nails for me to be unhappy with them or give u 1 for each nail that has come off which is beyond me when a full set is 20 and they looked horrid after a week... So I went to the shop across the road and they was shock of the state of my natural nails and false. This job has given me fungal under my nails where they lifted so bad, not a massive deal it will heel. massive shout out to JJ nails salon in Bromley once again they came threw for me they look amazing and they was on my nails for about an hour and half trying to get them sorted. But don't go to nailtini no5 they are shocking!!! But do try JJ nail salon in Bromley they have turned my nails into a lovely lavender beauty
