Refuse to take Collect Plus parcels saying the driver wont take them! (Parcel was under half the maximum weight Collect Plus accept!) Staff very rude and act like theyre doing you a favour! Avoid this place like the Plague! (It hasnt got this many 1 star reviews for nothing!!)
Had the misfortune a couple of time of having to come to this miserable place. Both times I have been shocked at how rude the staff are. Beyond a joke how they treat people. They had a go at me once for bringing in a Collect + parcel on the weekend. They barked at me to never bring it in the weekend again. This is because they are apparently busy. How on earth these people do trade I don't know. One other occasion they were verbally abusing some other poor customer even though they had made a mistake with her parcel and given it to someone else! Awful people. Like other reviews here, I would give zero stars if I could. People like this should not be customer facing.

Gas and electricity top up machine not working again came out just to top up and this is what I get. The place smells and is dark the guys are not helpful if I could give less stars I would. Dont bother going here
