Typical Costa. This one a Franchise. Tables can be messy as table clearance is slooow and often needs to be done by customers. They also seem to be mixed up about dogs indoors. Assistance dogs are welcomed but dogs generally are not prohibited. Yet staff confuse this as meaning no dogs sometimes.
Friendly staff and good sandwiches and coffee.
The people working their are always nice and always smile. The service is fairly quick and their drinks are on point. The only problem I find is that there isn't much selection, but this applies to most Costas. I suggest it if you are close and need a hot cup in the cold British weather.
Pretty good altho I chose the wrong time as the outlet was full of screaming childrenIf you want a quiet place to go to have an enjoyable cup of coffee don't go mid afternoon !
Not a single person welcomed me. They had their backs to me the whole time I stood to order. Then suddenly he turns and says would you like a drink with that. With 2 people on staff none of them said hello how can I help. To then top it off he just placed the toastie on the counter and moved on. I waited for 8 minutes for service when there was no queue and waited longer for it to be given !Unacceptable.
