Great value and great service
Excellent service, good selection of vehicles; I chose them because I needed a car for 3/4 weeks & they offer specific rates for 2, 3 & 4 weeks which means it works out cheaper per week the longer you rent for. Would definitely recommend.

Very helpful customer service even though they could not insure me on their insurance policy due to a existing DR10 on my licence from 2011. I was given the names of they're competitors who may be able to help me and they have. So thanks again you've been a great help!
Excellent car hire service. I called to request a quote and availability etc and from there on Lanes were very helpful and quick to respond. They allowed me to keep the vehicle for as long as I needed whilst my car was being repaired. All the staff members I spoke to were very friendly and I received great customer service.
