We had engine trouble near the Douglas Compton garage and happened to pop in on the off chance they could look at it. The guys were so helpful, figuring out the issue, making it safe and recommending what was required to fix it completely, when we had time to order parts etc. We were so impressed with this service, and would recommend to anyone in the area - thanks!

Great service! - I have used Douglas Compton's team 3 times now in past 2 years we have lived in Shortlands Village. Firstly they are honest, very transparent with costs up front and if anything else is found that needs replacing on the vehicles, they even show you the worn parts before you pay. Secondly they are very reliable and are able to help you out in sticky moments, like last minutes MOT (although I would advise pre booking) and they will even send a reminder for your next MOT/Service. You cannot ask for more, you are in good hands.
