This place looked like a disaster zone. Clothes everywhere and that included the floor. Zara has definitely gone downhill in my opinion but don't get me wrong they do generally have nice clothes. This store particularly had queues a mile long in every department, they seemed to be understaffed, however they had staff wondering around doing minimalistic work. They took what seemed to be 10 mins serving each customer at the checkout, wasting time folding clothes that had probably been thrown all over the place before being purchased anyway.
Its a decent size store men section is a bit squeeze , comparing with women as section. It on first floor you normally expect brand like Zara on ground.
Zara has great clothes at reasonable prices and the store offers a wide selection of products. However, from my experience, the staff always seem annoyed or bored. I went to collect something I had ordered online and the cashier acted irritated, rolling her eyes and telling me to give her some information in a blunt way. Another employee, who went to collect my item, stopped to chat with another one of his peers before handing me the dress. Other experiences include cashiers acting bored whenever I go to pay and some claiming that they ''don't know" where something is when I ask.
Slow service at the till, over 20 minutes to get to the front. Store is always too hot. One of the changing rooms used as a store room so had to queue to try items on as well.
My favourite Zara store. I travel all the way from Surrey just to shop in Bromley Zara.There visual merchandise and the actual product is so much better than other stores and the size of the store compliments the amount of product on the floor and it doesn't look over cramped
