I had a few problems with my first ever visit here but was contacted by the owner and happy to give the company another try. They were having the place fitted with knew radiators. Perhaps it was just a bad day for the surgery.
I have broken a tooth in July and it had to be removed. I've decided to get am implant and although I was worried about the procedure I now know it was the best decision.The team was very professional and my implant looks just like a real tooth, impossible to tell the difference.I would recommend Hayes Dental to anyone in need of treatment.
This is a very clean and well run dental practise. All the staff from the receptionist to The dentists are extremely friendly and efficient. The quality of the dentists work is immaculate, as they remember the finest details from the previous appointments which shows their determination and commitment to both us as their patients and the dental surgery. I would definitely recommend this dental surgery as they dont fail to meet your standards.
From walking through the door and being greeted by the reception to seeing the dentist and having my Implant consultation, and a clean, it was just very evident that this is a well-run office with a team that operates on principles of care, efficiency, and respect.The staff explained what to expect with regards to treatment and pricing very clearly. The lady and gentleman at the front of house couldn't have been anymore helpful and just so professional in how to relate to the treatment I was having as well as the practice manager who had came out to say hello from meeting me at my last appointment. The dentist was extremely friendly, remembering details that I had mentioned briefly in my last appointment, and generally demonstrating a genuine interest in me and an aura of joy and pride in his profession and high standards. It was lovely to see the mutual respect, gentleness, and rapid work between the nurse and dentist which made the whole experience actually fun and brightened my morning!
