The staff here are extremely rude... especially one of the dentist who I shall not name. Awful communication skills, ridiculous after care and lousy attitudes. Avoid!!
I am only giving one star because I have to in order to write the review. This dentist practice should be avoided. They drilled one of my teeth and told me that i needed a filling made (costs more). I was unsure of the advice (3 fillings in total) and paid a private dentist to check. Apparently there is nothing wrong with these teeth at all!!! I refused to go back and told the receptionist that I would not be setteling any balance as I now had to pay to repair the drilled tooth! I am shocked that thos dentist practice has not been closed down!
They use any excuse to get money out of you, they recommend I have chromium dentures, because they recommended I'm entitled to have them on the NHS but they wanted to charge privately. They also wanted to charge me 230 for a mouth guard.
