It's an M&S. Clothes offer seems to be priced to compete but no longer the highest quality. No wonder they are losing custom, especially with older clientele. Why oh why don't they make pleated front men's Chinos anymore? And why are shirts and sweaters so thin? Would happily pay more for proper old fashioned higher quality products.
A good food section which is well stocked and has a wide selection. Staff helpful and the fairly new scan your own shopping is large and there are always members of staff available if you get in a pickle - as I frequently do! Menswear and lingerie, as well as kids wear are all on top floor and the escalators always work. Bra fitting service is appointment only which can be inconvenient
Hi this is the cafe situated on the top floor near the home section at the back. Its very spacious and has plenty of room to sit with booths also. I ordered the jacket potato, with beans, cheese and salad and drink . Food was hot and the wait was not to long. Delicious the jacket potato cones with a salad for 3.05. The beans and cheese cost an additional 3.80.
Friendly customer service. Good location. Esay access from public transport and convenient on site parking. Fully accessible. Great variety of good quality products. Family friendly. Facilities available within the shopping centre.
Fabulous store with the best of M&S in SE London. It's great to have eaay parking too. Christmas is never the time to 'enjoy' shopping (sadly) as the sheer volume of jostling grumpy shoppers and fractious children just ruins the shopping karma. However, seasonal atmospherics aside this store has all you need, and some, at affordable prices and good quality. Food hall is great too. Enjoy!
