Having to say goodbye to those we love and plan the final journey is probably one of lifes hardest and most heartbreaking things we have to face. Every detail has to be perfect because its the last thing we can do for that special person we have lost. Choosing the people who help you through that time and finding people that you can trust to care for your loved one is so important. Sadly, our family have lost 3 loved ones over the last few years and most recently, on November the 27th, my beautiful Nan fell asleep for the last time in this world and took flight with new angel wings. If our love was enough alone to give her life, Nan would have lived here forever.There was only one company that my mum and I trusted to care for Nan and help us to make the necessary arrangements for final journey. All of the staff were so genuinely kind, caring, sensitive and went above and beyond duty. Debbie in particular was simply amazing. Her patience and support meant so much and eased our stresses and took away the pressure. Her gentle reassurance and humanity as well as her dedication from start to finish is something that we will never forget and cant thank her, and all the staff for, enough.If you have lost someone, this is the funeral director that I, and my family, recommend. Your loved one will not be shipped out to a central mortuary miles away, they will remain with the people in the chapel and will be treated as the living. With respect, with dignity, with care and with love. You, the family, will be listened to, will be answered honestly and at any time. Nothing is hidden, you can visit anytime and the door and their arms are always open and the kettle always on. They are a family business and during the time you spend with them, they feel like they become family. Nothing is too big or small. They dont up sell or push for more money to be spent etc, they do what you ask without hesitation.Thank you again. Thank you so so much. You made our loss and making the final arrangements easier to bear and Nans goodbye perfect and exactly as we wanted and knew she would be proud of. We will never forget your kindness or professionalism, but most importantly, we will always remember your genuine humanity and care for Nan and for us. Xxxxx
Debbie, Lynn, Julie and the team are truly amazing. The care me and my family received whilst planning my wife's funeral was beyond brilliant, they took such great care of her . They took care of everything and are very accommodating and so helpful. They supported my family equally to add all of the personal touches and made a stressful time a lot more bearable. They really do go above and beyond. I felt so comfortable and trust them all without a doubt, there and nothing was ever too much trouble. I am truly grateful for Debbie and her team they made a very difficult day as stress free as possible. Final farewells are always difficult but with Debbie by my side I made it through the day. I can not praise Debbie and her team enough.

From our 1st meeting, we felt comfortable with Debbie and trusted that she would guide us through the whole process of my father's funeral. She not only did this to a high standard, but Debbie exceeded our expectations. We definitely couldn't have done it without her expertise and total support, every step of the way. Debbie most definitely went over and above the call of duty, even being on call for us out of hours. Debbie, you truly are a star and thanks to you, we were able to give my dad a fitting send off. Debbie and her team are so lovely. Funerals are always a difficult time and Debbie went above and beyond to help me. Lovely, friendly people who helped make a difficult day, as easy as it could be. My father-in-law passed away late March we went to the funeral home and they were welcoming and patient. Their communication was really good and they were most helpful and caring. They made the funeral go seamlessly.
