You can't fault the service and attitude in this branch. Top team with a real calm and laid back approach which is an valued rarity in the age of 'sell sell sell'. Knowledgeable, friendly, no sales push, offers to demo etc, overall everything you want when potentially spending the hard earned.Really great experience even after I messed up the menu system on an amp!. I now know who I will be buying all my future kit from.

The team (especially Phil, no relation) spent a lot of time with me and allowed me to try out a lot of different equipment (speakers, amps and music streamers) to help me come to a decision. It may be possible to get stuff cheaper from an online store, but with quality hifi equipment it's worth seeking out their expertise and trying it in their listening room.
