Cheap helpful staff
At first impression the staff were concerned about was my daughter getting out before closing time. This did put us off at first. At closing time they were more understanding and allowed her the extra few minutes to dry her items. She made an error and put 5 in the dryer as she mistook it for the washer. She raised this with the staff there but they did not offer any support or advice. It was the first time she used a coin operated launderette. Luckly she was able to get some extra money to complete the task. Can you please consider genuine errors and offer a refund if you are informed of it as soon as it occurred.
