Left unfinished and still waiting for a call back after two weeks!Good quote for next day service but we are still waiting for a backplate and cover for our front top lock We will not be using JJ again!
Quick, efficient and friendly service. Mark arrived very soon after I called, got the door open quickly, explained and demonstrated the problem to me, and replaced the lock. I'd recommend using JJM.
Got locked out when our front door latch malfunctioned. Mark from JJM came out and managed to get us into the house, but then wanted to charge 140 for a replacement latch. He insisted that this was the only latch he could install on this door and that this was the standard price, but I managed to find the same latch online for 40!
