Top notch recliner seats all very swish as i come in superb choice of drink even ones i haven't heard of definitely go back there again to watch a movie to which coming there on Thursday to watch aquaman and Monday to watch that new queen movie definitely a queen fan and the tickets even cheaper than beckenham i might add......
Great to have a cinema again in Bromley. Recliner seats and cheaper then Odeon.
Today was my first and last visit to Vue at Bromley. I had booked my tickets online so that I could pick up from the kiosk.Queued at kiosk only to find it wasnt issuing tickets. Found a member of staff who said not a problem just queue at counter and they will give you tickets. After queuing at counter behind families ordering food, drink etc I eventually got the tickets. When telling the member of staff that the kiosk wasnt working she replied. yeah does that it freezes So we get into the new cinema and take our seats, the lovely new reclining seats. Only my seat doesnt recline. Go back to ask the man who takes the tickets if the 4 of us can move as the seat is not working and he says its going to be very busy so I suggest you stay where you are but come and see me after and Ill get you free tickets for another film. Fair enough, or so I thought. There were lots of seats available once film started but didnt want to move then as didnt want to disturb other customers.Went to see him after film and he took the tickets to a manager. She gave me one yes one complimentary ticket. When I complained that it had spoilt our family visit her reply was thats the best I can do Merry Christmas to you too. Well Vue you know what you can do with your complimentary ticket!Oh forgot to let everyone know they sell some very special unique water, well I assume it is as its 2.99 for a small bottle.Vue you need to sort your customer service out. Looking forward to Odeon re-opening.And before I forget escalators were out of order
This cinema was great! Good ticket pricing and hardly any queues. But the screens are very random, some screens have all premium seating with ample leg room and others are terrible where you literally have to move seats because there is no leg room whatsoever.Cineworld has been shut down for refurbishment and will be opening as Bromley Picture house in 2019.
This cinema is closed as it is being refurbished and under new ownership . I understand it will be a Picture House. This should be a million times better as Picture houses are usually very well maintained. Unlike Cineworld Bromley which was rundown and over priced!
