Been having physio with Ann at the pavilion for the past few weeks, Very professional service received, Ann is very helpful and makes your feel comfortable, every treatment is explained thoroughly and was even exercises given to do at home as well. Cannot rate highly enough, Would definitely recommend. 3rd time of having physiotherapy in my life and by far the best. Keep up the good work
I came to Ann panicking that I would never be able to walk properly or exercise again following a hip replacement operation at the age of 54. Not only has Ann taken the time to calm and reassure me that my rate of recovery is quite normal, she has got me walking almost normally (I am 11 weeks post op and have a leg length discrepancy which will be rectified when I have my other hip replaced). Ann is patient with me, constantly reassuring and continually assessing my exercises to ensure I continue to improve. She also gives the most wonderful deep tissue massage that has most definately speeded up my muscle recovery. I cannot recommend Ann enough!! She is my light at the end of the tunnel!!
Would highly recommend. Ann has been fantastic. She took the time to understand my problem (running related knee issue) and what I was hoping to achieve. Over the course of several appointments she gave me some great advice and explained things in a very clear way to me that made sense. I'm glad to say that I am starting to make some really good progress with her help.
I have had two sessions with CPPG Bromley and can only compliment the service and treatment provided.Ann is extremely engaging, taking time to fully explain the reasoning and mechanics behind her advice. She's extremely attentive and when I described stiffness to her, she investigated it, massaged the area and recommended new activities which have greatly helped. I cannot thank Ann enough for the progress I have made in the short time I've been visiting. This is definitely a service I will recommend and the location is perfect for fitting the sessions into my routine.
