This is a poorly managed office, this office never deliver to neighbours when out as requested and in the declaration they made me sign for this service.

Easily accessible, but parking not ideal. Just a few pay and display spaces outside when you only need 5-10mins inside to collect something.
Went in there today as I had a package shipped from Singapore and tracking not showing anything. One gentleman couldn't find any info so he asked he's colleague who then tried the tracking number. Didn't work. Most staff would just give up there and then. This guy didn't. He then took my postcode and door number and spent about 5 mins through the system and also other parcels to see if it was there. Sadly it wasn't but 10/10 for the 2 staff members who was there today helping me and other customers too. They were polite, cheerful, helpful and very welcoming. Been like that the last couple of times I enquired about a parcel
I can't give you a positive rating if you close early citing "IT Problems". That doesn't help me pay you the ridiculous "handling fee" that I have no choice but to pay because you happen to be the ones handling my mail.Are you going to open on Sunday to compensate? No, of course not. Come on, Royal Mail! Do better!
