Rude manager not happy with my item.
Rude manager who is lazy & wouldnt know customer service if it hit her in the face, shame as I spend 100 to 300 every time I visit a shoe store, well offspring will not be getting any transactions from me. If they dont change their ways I cant see them staying around for much longer. They all need a customer service crash course.
This store has good stock and the latest trainers out, also their staff have excellent product knowledge and deliver good customer service.
The staff are helpful, it's easily accessible and they always have good stock
Was dealt with over the phone by a member of staff called Natefa who was so rude all I phoned to do was check an order had arrived before I went to the store and she was so rude and unwilling to help. I phoned office before as my order was due to go there, on checking they could not find it and had no problem checking for me and when they could not find it advised to call offspring to check...The member of staff was very Rude and unwilling to help as I did not want to have a wasted journey with my disabled son.... if on the phone they are bad and seem to have no customer service skills or even manners I can only imagine face to face.... i will not be shopping at this store....
