I couldn't be more disappointed with the Pedicure Plus in Bromley. I went there for a pedicure the day before my wedding and they totally let me down. They used a machine to file down the surface of my toenails - but filed so far down that they destroyed my big toenail on my right foot. By the morning of the wedding, my toenail completely cracked and split off. and the polish on what remained of my toenail (allegedly gel) looked like someone had pressed a finger in it while wet). My wedding shoes were open toed Jimmy Choos that never saw the light of day. I ended up wearing an old pair of shoes on the day, to cover up my horrible looking nail.When I complained, instead of apologising for their error or offering a refund they outright lied and said I went there with my nail already broken. I have no words to describe how angry those people made me feel on the morning of my wedding. Worse for me that the actual ruining of my nails was the fact that they then lied afterwards. No integrity at all. If I could have given them zero stars I would have done. Horrible, horrible experience.
This is the first time I've experienced a pedicure where you don't get your feet washed and leave with hard skin on your feet as though you just walked in. I expected to be pampered by the staff as you would a Norma pedicure but I had the misfortune of being subjected to rudeness from the moment I stepped into the vicinity. Very disappointed.
I would certainly not recommend them. I used them for the first time on a Saturday and was pleased with the results, come Sunday 3 of them had chipped. Phoned them up on Wednesday (Sun & Mon were bank holidays) to express my dissatisfaction and was told to come in on Thursday. Telephoned Thursday to re-book as I had to do overtime and I was told that they had spoken to the Manager and I would have to pay. I told them no way am I paying for something that only lasted one day. Would not go there again after this. :-(
I have been using this company for the last 3 years. I always get a lovely welcome. It was no different this time round. Lovely and friendly Staff.Edith who attended to me was diligent with her work. I was pleased with the overall service I received and advise given on aftercare. I am delighted with my treatment. I definitely will be returning again.
I have been using services of Pedicure Plus Bromley regularly and I am a very happy customer. I started with medical treatment first due to my long term problem, which is now completely sorted and healed. Now I am having a regular pedicure done and also treat myself with paraffin hands and feet wrap. I also have my eyebrows shaped and tinted there.The ladies that I see regularly are very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this service.
