I was able to get my stuff into storage but the man at reception was abrupt and impolite when dealing with any queries and problems I had, which has given me a very negative opinion of this branch and the company as a whole. You may pay more at other facilities but its worth it for a better service.
The service was excellent. Natalie did not just settle on any room shape, even though it would have been the easier option. Felt our items were safe there. Would definitely use again.
