Great shop. Friendly knowledgeable staff and good service. I have bought 3 bikes for the family from them. I know two others who go there too and they have received brilliant service.
Excellent service frim Chris and Will. Just had my bike stripped down and fully rebuilt in store. Several changes of mind by me were not a problem and minor changes to the setup were carried out while I waited.
Great bike shop, staff are very knowledgeable and always eager to help. The after sales service on bikes is 2nd to none and the repairs and servicing is carried out to a very high standard. I've had numerous repairs carried out over the years and have never had any issues.
Brilliant mechanic. Knows his mountain bikes and a Chris King specialist. Will repair on site on Sats but can be busy. Buy a bike here and you will get great after care.
Really helpful staff. Only complaint is that on a few occasions I have ordered stuff not in stock to be told will be in next day. I would rather help the local shop out that use Amazon/Wiggle etc. But it seems their promise for next day is a bit flaky! It can take several days.A shame really as I have had great bike services and advice from the staff, just sort out your deliveries of stock to avoid losing to next day delivery companies on Amazon;
