The bike team seem fairly competent. Some communication difficulties at times, but they right wrongs.
Came to the store 5 minutes before closing to get a headlamp light bulb fitted. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended. Will visit definitely again (I'll try to be earlier than 5 minutes before closing!). Cheers!
