Never ever order anything from them! Missed all deadlines, missing parts, job is still not finished after 9 months!! Give my money back!!! Scammers
The WORST experience ever!Did extremely sub standard half done work while charging way more than the rest of their competitors. The quality of the material was okay and not anything great, yet they charge premium price. We thought that meant the work would be good. It looks like that at first. First a designer comes, as many times you want. Then two surveyors and spend half a day surveying the place. And then after waiting for 6 weeks the fitter comes and does the worst job possible. (He didnt even have everything. A door was missing.) so he has to now order the door and it will come in many days then he will contact you to fix a data and come after many days again. And for all these they charge a premium rate! To top it all, the customer service is bad and rude. They dont give you any answers or solve any problems. Even if you talk to their managers. They would just keep on repeating what has been written and given to them. And they dont even tell you their names. Have never received such bad customer service ever!(The photos and videos show the product we received.)
