What wonderful customer service, they are so helpful. We visited other carpet shops in the Bromley area but Nigel and family came out tops . The carpet we bought is excellent quality and at a very competing price. The fitters were so professional, the carpet was for our stairs and landing and it was striped. Not an easy job to get it spot on but the guys did it and it looks fantastic. We cannot recommend this store highly enough. If youre looking for a local friendly store that sells carpets, furniture , and electrical items Wm Burke & Michael is the place to go.
If ever there was a reason to support your local business William Burke & Michael are the perfect example. After dealing with problems at other companies we ordered an Axminster carpet through Nigel at WB&M - a perfect example of faultless customer care - and the fitters were exemplary. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, a truly old fashioned honest shop where the experience and service is second to none - thank you to the 2 Nigel's and Nigel's Mum.
Couldn't recommend Nigel enough ! He gave us great and honest advice on the right carpet and underlay for us, and helped us meet a very tight deadline for having it laid. We are really pleased with the finished product and will be coming back for more in the near future!
My new favourite shop! Whether it's carpets, domestic appliances or anything in between. The prices are competitive but the customer service is simply the best. Knowledgeable, helpful and honest, everyone should come here before going anywhere else in they won't be disappointed.
Excellent service as always. we had a new floor laid in our kitchen and dining room. It was done speedily , efficiently and cheerfully by everyone involved. I recommend them to everyone.
