I have been coming since October and not only have I lost 10 kgs but iv lost 2 dress sizes!! Chris, Ali and Jackie are great!! Highly recommend this to all the ladies!!

I started training with Chris and the team in February 2018 since them I have lost 2st 7lbs which is amazing. The gym is friendly with a great atmosphere. I have still got a long way to go but will get their with Chris great fittness programme. Thank you Shirley
