If you're looking for a gym for the more mature trainer then this is definitely the best place around as they have 6 good quality punch and kick bags the equipment is of a decent standard as well and adequate for most people the atmosphere is very relaxed and the showers are a blast just what you need when you've had a good workout which I have to say most gyms don't have good showers unlike this one, I have been to the gym several times and everytime I have finished my workout I feel really very satisfied with my results, the staff are very helpful and always there to help if you need it for these reasons I have had to give this gym a five-star rating, I have been to many gyms in my 40 years of training and have achieved a 5 Dan in Taekwondo and also experienced in many other martial arts and I can honestly say this gym deserves 5 Stars +I believe you can get a free day pass to try the gym out so if you're into really keeping fit and testing yourself or if you are into martial arts and want to train on some decent bags then this is definitely the best place around it Bromley
Nice little gym offering everything that is required, much less packed than pure gym but with a lot less on offer - punching bags are great and there are enough of them that they are never all busy. Equipment is very old

Not a bad gym, fairly small gym recently had a refurb adding punch bags to the gym. Haven't tried any classes, usual problem with gyms dumb bells never placed back in order. Plenty of equipment and friendly staff. Good value for money
Had a free trial today at 4pm. Staff member was really friendly and professional. Great gym. Think Ill be joining :)
