My first time and I am not impressed. Shirt still had stains and it wasn't ironed very well. I feel, money was wasted for this service and I washed this with stains remover myself. The other piece was o.k. but had a few woolen threads left. Prices are reasonable but even paying couple of pounds for something that wasn't done properly is not right.
Looked after me for over ten years, no complaints.
