We use Gas Safe to service our boiler. We get an email reminder each year (with no additional marketing emails) We always get a reminder call the day before. The engineer is always on time. This year's service included a note that the diverter valve was sticking. At no point was there pressure to use Gas Safe to replace the part. However, we have asked for a quote. I highly recommend them.
I have to say that my review is in 2 parts. Firstly the work was excellent and really deserved 5 stars I originally thought that it was very expensive. My heating and hot water had packed up and I was really desperate to get them back working. I paid 952 (including a 50 discount),793 before VAT, to have a Gas Valve, Fan, Shower Pump and Isolator replaced.I now have seen that the cost of materials was much higher than I expected so am happy to change my rating to 5 Star.
I used Gas Safe to install a new Vaillant boiler. Delighted with the service from start to finish. Would not hesitate to recommend of use this company again.
As usual, great customer service from Gas Safe. The office called to remind me of the appointment the day before, the engineer arrived on time and was very thorough. He serviced our boiler and also a gas fire. He cleaned everything up afterwards and was really cheerful. Even our dog liked him!
