My husband and I woke up on one of the coldest mornings of the year with a radiator spewing water and no heat. Mr. Mckennon was the only plumber who actually answered his phone in the wee hours of the morning. His service was swift and reasonably priced. Mr. Mckennon even took the time to help me track down where I could find a replacement cast iron radiator. I couldnt havent asked for a more considerate, efficient and knowledgeable plumber. I highly recommend!
Was unable to fix my boiler upon call out and left with 100 payment - suggested he could look into getting a replacement part that would be very expensive. I did not receive a response from text asking to move forward with option in the days following (still waiting). To top it off, my wife managed to fix the boiler by turning the hot water on/off and fiddling around with the knobs on the old thing! Wouldn't recommend - will go with British Gas next time for safety.
Fast response to emergency leak on a Wednesday evening but did not bring tools. Left after 30 minutes, with payment, without finding causes of leak or stopcock to shut off water. Advised he could return the following day but after contacting them on the Thursday, was advised they could not. Did not show up at newly arranged time of 9.30am on Friday. No response to texts or calls. Not a company I would use again or recommend.
Reliable, friendly and honest plumber. Made sure I understood fully what was being done and stayed true to the price quoted even though the job took a little longer. Also one of the only plumbers in the area that answered my call on a Sunday! Highly recommend!
I cannot comment on his plumbing as he missed two appointments, both of which were booked booked in good time. I had to chase on the first occasion, when we re-booked, but I got not no response at all the second time. It's no way to get new business.I'm not impressed at all but your experience may, of course, be different.
