I update my rating just because I had all my money returned which was fair and the people seemed polite and understanding. My experience was average, the people there did their best and were polite as much as they could. But the result was that my partner had been cut by the third party referencing agency for just an overseas address that the 3rd party couldn't modify which was very unpleasant, time consuming and disappointing for us because we had overseas proof of address. I would suggest reconsidering the criteria of address because I think previous address is completely irrelevant to someones wage and ability to pay his rent or at least give the opportunity to someone to modify it.
If I could give lower then 1 would. This agency is absolutely appalling.
This was by far the worst tenancy and property management experience I have ever endured. The standard of the building was exceptionally low, it was rarely visited, and security was frequently used to fill in the gaps. Some examples include: non working lifts, illegal activity, and non compliant materials used on the exterior jeopardising tenant safety. Tenants should be at the heart of the business, not a number. My advice would be to go to a more reputable property agent with more experience.
