This store has ageist staff. 02 cannot help me I am disabled. I am being charged for a phone that I upgraded and no longer use. All customer services suggest is they send me a new SIM!!!! So that they can charge me for my S6 which was a Christmas present? Of course the Manager is always on another call. Very very disappointed
Brilliant, helpful staff. Very patient with my husband who really doesn't understand modern technology. Service agent knew exactly what would suit him. Half an hour and it was all sorted. Brilliant!!
New review here yet again sad to say not a good one.Phoned ahead thought I was understood wanting to use my 02 rewards off my purchase but no member off staff available to carry this sale out.

The staff at the front desk were really friendly and welcoming. This is very good customer service and professional (Kamahl & Saffron). The lady and the gentleman at the front desk are top people. Regarding the products and services, they are now customising the phone plans individually as you like which is great. The store is nice, sophisticated and modern.
