The staff not very friendly with customers. Not feel welcome in this shop.
Rude staff more interested in talking about their weekly shop than dealing with customers... very poor service
Great service and prices and the shoes are amazing and last a long time
Very poor customer service. I went there yesterday to collect in the name of my friend (as it was a gift for me) and they said that I can't collect anything without the picture of my friend id or debit card, even though I had the email and it says clearly that I can collect with my ID and a signature to say I've collected the item on my behalf. They didn't even tried to come up with a solution. On top of all that my friend didn't answer her phone and I was with my baby and I've travelled an hour to get there just to waste my time. Very nice experience, never again.
One star is too high. The assistant manager had a discusting attitude. So so rude I would never shop in this branch again. This is an example of why poeple shop online more and more these days. So we do not have to be served by obnoxious staff members. How somebody of this nature is let loose in a shop and potentially training others is beyond me.
