Very good, the guy that helped me talked me through what he was doing (iPad turned it self off would not comeback on) and got it working again. The only downside I lost my games have to reinstall.
As always, Apple customer service is top notch. I knew what I wanted but was reassuring to have good advice given to me. And actually was pretty much persuaded to opt for the cheaper option but in the end I decided I wanted the spec bump and paid for the more expensive MacBook Pro. Overall, happy with the service here.
I went to buy a cover for an iPad I got for Christmas. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I was given all the info I needed. There were a good number of staff so there was no waiting.
