Went to Wellington's with some product queries on washing machines. Salesperson, Nigel, had very good product knowledge of the machines I was considering. He knew the maker's range and the options very well. There was no pressure to buy there and then. When I am ready I know I will go back to Wellington's to buy.

Fed up with service/del problems with large electrical company, Wellingtons was recommended to me. AMAZING customer service - delivered in a 2 hour time slot the next day. When I did have a problem (not their fault), they came out next day and sorted it. Price was comparable, but the level of personal service far exceeds. Being able to speak to a person without pressing umpteen numbers and listening to hold music, together with their first class service is much appreciated. Highly recommend.
