Terrible terrible terrible! Should change there slogan to for daylight robbery come see us! Went to go donate 3 top of the range Blu-ray players with minor faults and they werent interested. Old man was harping on about him not giving money or paying. Guess he didnt get it. But looking at the shelf full of all VCR players at 50 its understandable that maybe he is stuck back in the early 90s. Ended up putting it in the tip. Guess your pretty website is empty of meaning. Dont waste time going to this place.
I could not even give this company 1 star after the compleet lack of customer service skills and rudeness I have experienced.I took my tv to be fixed and they stored it incorrectly and not to mention cracking the screen from the inside out when if was ment to be repaired. trying to negotiate a way of getting the product back in the same condition as I had given to them was impossible with complete denial and lack of empathy they have NO LIABILITY INSURANCE and I could not stress the importance of that when you are dealing with other valuables !!!!!
I took in an expensive subwoofer in to be repaired a few months ago. It came back a week later in full working order. Yes, it cost a little more than I expected, but had I replaced the broken Subwoofer for a brand new one, with similar specifications, it would have most likely cost over 4 x the repair cost.The service provided by Excellent Electrics was was fantastic. I would highly recommend.
Mike did a great job on two items we took in over a 2 week period. Firstly he couldnt find a problem with my amp that wasnt working. He could have made something up and charged me for it, but he was honest and gave me back my amp working. My second item was a large TV that needed a new motherboard. They sourced a new motherboard and fixed the TV within a week. Fantastic service and way cheaper than a new amp and TV.
We used Excellent Electrics to repair a Panasonic vacuum cleaner. They did a great job and quickly - the repair was done by the end of the following day. The estimate cost about 40 but this goes towards the cost of the labour for the repair. It hard been difficult to find a business able to do the repair and we were very pleased to find them.
