Standards slipping.My steak was distinctly below average. The peppercorn sauce was just gravy. The beef ribs were much smaller than before.
Very nice service. Bookings available. Can get busy. Not to much space for buggies. However food is wonderful in there. Nice atmosphere. If you are not sure about the wine, they will recommend some to you. Have been there few times and never been disappointed.
Went here as a group on a Friday night, it wasn't overly busy. We did have to change tables as one of the overhead lights was flickering quite annoyingly, however the service team were able to accommodate us. 4 of our group went for the same meal, plate of meat, which was exactly as it's described, and was delicious, all very well cooked. Our table also order the ribs, which we were advised would be beef rather than pork, which was fine, and they too were very nice. Small range of beers, but they do sell Meantime lager and ale.All in all, good food and good service, would recommend.
Went last night for the first time and can honestly say was the best food I've had! Staff are very friendly and love there job, I had a mixed meat and oh my it was to perfection. Lovely restaurant and not to pricey. Definitely will return.
Quality place, great service.We had a Sunday pork roast, soup of the day and fish fingers, everything was amazing. Huge portions though, so take it slow ;)
