I was so embarrassed by the way I was treated in your restaurant today!!! I always order my one year old a child meal from the menu but to keep him quiet I give him some crisps/fruit and a drink until it arrives! I do this for the other customers and staff sakes as we all know keeping a one year old busy can be quite challenging. Today we were told that we werent allowed and it was due to health and safety!! My friend and myself have eaten at your restaurant every 3/4 weeks for over a year, we look forward to catching up and love the food! Well I can honestly say that after today we will never return, we were treated like criminals and the staff watched us pack up our belongings, get our babys back into winter coats and let us go! Everyone was staring! All over a few crisps and a sandwich. My friends baby has allergys so eating out just isnt an option for him, its never been a problem before that he eats his own food because think about it, its better than him having a reaction! The manager wouldnt even show his face when we requested to see him, not professional at all!! To be honest since the menu change and loyalty scheme has been removed its gone down hill anyway! No way will I be back, loyal customers lost!!
Really good quality. Its value for money too. But what makes this place special is its atmosphere! Go there for a special occasion, for a night out or especially for a birthday! Food is a meat lovers paradise
I found this gem as a recommendation from a friend. We went at lunchtime the layout and decor is lovely. We all had a main and a few sides each the portion sizes are perfect. We didn't have to wait long and they were quite busy. The food was delicious! This restaurant is great value for money. We all shall be returning many times over!
Consistently good is the word I would describe Havet. Good food, wide selection, nice cocktails, staff are friendly. Lunch time is a good time to go, otherwise book a table as it is busy most evenings and definitely the weekend.
