Great food, great service and atmosphere... very good value for money especially if you have kids as kids eat free. We have been here about 8 times in the last 3 months and it is always consistent
We were in the area and ordered soup of the day and a pizza. Whilst the food was adequate and the service polite, I was surprised that we had been charged additional 4.50 for bread that is normally offered complimentary when we visit Mediterranean restaurants. So around 5-6 for the soup + a whopping 4.50 for bread! Granted the bread portion was generous, but to charge customers without asking them that the cost of a whole starter in the form of a surreptious charge would be added to the bill is not acceptable and marred the experience. Will never return.
Great food and atmosphere. I was there with my family, about 9 of us at the table. We tried 3 or 4 appetizers, 5 or 6 mains, and 3 or 4 desserts, all tasted great! They had opera music in the background which really added an authentic flair. Try the mozzarella type appetizer, some cheese I can't remember, it was amazing. Like a mozzarella ball but juicy in the center. To die for!
Wonderful restaurant. Fantastic service, beautiful, authentic food and very reasonably priced. Deserves to be much more popular.
The place has recently been through a renovation and the inside looks modern but trendy. The food has a nice flavour as well. Nothing fantastic, but it was enjoyable. What puts me off giving this place a higher rating though is that it's not good value for money. The portions are small and the price is about 50% higher than what would be expected. We all left feeling hungry and felt we paid too much for that 'privilege'. The lack of a lunchtime menu is also disappointing.
