Car was advertised as having excellent bodywork. So drove the 40 miles to see it, on arrival had a look, 1 dent and scuff on 1 wheel arch, 1 bad scuff on another coupled with 4 or 5 quite bad 3 inch scratches. Just be honest with the advert, would save people's time.

Excellent warranty work completed. I went in on Wednesday to ask about a new headlight (my existing one failed), they inspected the car immediately and raised the job and booked me in. The part was ordered and the work completed 2 days later. Fantastic service. Bristol Street in Orpington meanwhile told me that it would be weeks before they could even inspect my car (a 10 second job). Friendly service staff.
