I visited bromley audi for the first time this week after I had a warning light pop up on the dash. I was put as ease when I arrived and even dropped home whilst the work was carried out. When picking up the car the chap took the time to explain what was done as well as giving me a coffee to take away. I couldnt have asked for a better service. Thank you to everyone involved.
Very efficient and clear explanation of what would be done. Vehicle was due to be ready for 5;00 but got a phone call advising that the car would be available from 2:30 and it was. Great service with a smile from everyone I met!
Took my Audi in to Bromley this morning and what an experience, the staff could not be more helpful and while the diary was clearly full they made sure they got me booked in at a time that suited me and even sorted a loan car (I believe the Manager sorted this for me). Safe to say i will not be taking my car anywhere else from now on, sometimes its the small things that make the experience that much better.
Advertised item that was not available.. wasted 1 hours drive... Didn't even message me.. discourteous people.
Excellent service, Jason was very helpful in organising a courtesy car whilst mine was in repair. Customer care is second to none. Lady on reception even offered me a cup of tea as I was in a state of distress! As someone below said keep up the good work!
