OVER THE LAST FIFTEEN YEARS I HAVE PURCHASED FOUR CARS FROM WJ KING BROMLEY.THEY HAVE ALL BEEN SERVICED, REPAIRED AND MOT'D THERE.TODAY I COLLECTED MY CURRENT CAR FROM THERE AFTER BEING SERVICED AND AS ALWAYS I CAN FIND NO FAULT WITH THE EXCELLENT SERVICE.THE SERVICE RECEPTION STAFF THAT IS ROB AND JASMINE WERE ASPROFESSIONAL AS ALWAYS READY AND WILLING TO ASSIST WITH ANY QUERY, EVEN TO THE POINT OF ASKING THE SERVICE MANAGER TO CLEAR UP A POINT REGARDING THE CURRENT MOT SYSTEM.EXCELLENT WORK.KEEP IT UP
Have been using this Vauxhall dealership for approx 8 years, they are truly excellent. Efficient, polite and with real attention to Customer Service that is sadly lacking in many 'like for like' companies in the UK.They are also cost conscious whilst maintaining safety standards. I'd give ten stars if I could.
I have been taking my vehicle here for the last 3 years and the customer service is generally average to poor, although individual members of staff have been pleasant during this time. The last 2 service visits have ended in minor damage to my vehicle which the garage (Rob) denies. Its all the more frustrating since the staff I reported the issues to initially apologised and asked me to return the vehicle to the showroom at my convenience. When I try to do this however, Im faced with a member of staff who tells me to prove it and advises that its my word against theirs. Not a great experience, especially as the issues are minor and capable of being easily resolved by the garage in minimal time. Avoid if you can...
