They have always sold me reliable cars at a reasonable price for nearly 15 years. Wouldn't deal with anyone else.
I am writing regarding my recent enquiry about the car I bought at your garage in October 2016, red Peugeot 207. As I explained several times (I have been calling and emailing you for over 6 weeks now, called you numerous times already regarding the issue and did not get any else response than that youll get back to me - which you never did), you've not only sold me a faulty car, knowing I will be driving it to Poland for Christmas with 2 little children in it, you've also sold me a car with a false MOT - I have proves; receipts and pictures, from UK, France and Poland garages where the car had to be fixed, pictures of Cam belt which had to be replaced, (cam belt kit needs to be exchanged completely), broken CV joint, bearings which had to be fixed, filter for air, oil filter, oil itself which had to be replaced, hole in the cooler tank, cooler liquid leaking, brake pads which had to be replaced, head gaskets which needs replacing, toothed belt and alternator belt which needed to be replaced To make the car running, the engine has been glued on transparent silicone. The car is overheating within minutes, the whole engine is covered with oil and the oil burns and stinks. Weve had to stop on the motorway in Germany several times (single mother with two kids, as you knew) and weve spend half day in the garage in France on the 23rd of December. We could not drive faster than 40miles per hour. Through motorways.I am expecting full refund for the car plus reimbursement for all repairs the car had to go through.I will be forced to make an official claim if you choose to ignore my email.Kind regards
