Best customer service and politeness/integrity from a car sales establishment I have had the honour of buying a car from, since the day I I first bought a motor vehicle.I very recently bought a VW Golf GTi from Paul on the 31st January, 2019 which was a wedding anniversay present from my dear wife. Paul was nothing short of outstanding, a man of his words and customer service second to none.One of the most genuine and honest sales person I have had the pleasure to come across. I would have no hesitation to buy from him again and I would recommend him without a shadow of doubt.When I read the reviews, I was a impressed and wondered how he received 5 Stars each time. Now I know why!!.All I can say is, save your money going to a dealership. Im not normally one to write reviews but in this instance I feel I have too. Having previously bought a car that was an absolute death trap I had little faith in cars or car dealers. I had a fear of things going wrong and loosing money again. Im came across a car on Holwood cars and read some reviews online and thought it seems to be good I will go and have a look. Straight away I can say Paul is NOT pushy or looking for a quick sale. He was happy to answer all my questions and spend time restoring my trust in car sales. He allowed myself and my family to test drive the car without issue. The buying process was made simple and easy. Paul also got us a good price for a part x. Since having the car there were a few minor things but every time he has covered cost and without argument. I will 100% buy our future cars from him and recommend him to all family and friends!
