Rude receptionists, I don't appreciate being spoken to with an attitude over the phone for no reason.
Dr Hoare is the most approachable GP I have ever come across. Always very helpful and knows what she is talking about. I usually manage to get an appointment if I book far enough in advance even though she is part time. The facilities at this Practice are very dated but they manage to overcome the drawbacks.
Dr Miranda Godfrey is simply the best doctor I've ever met. She is so knowledgable, caring and calming. Being in her care is making it easier for me go through of one of the most difficult times of my life.
I always find the staff and doctors friendly and very competent.
I'd disagree with the previous reviewer. OK, it is difficult to get an appointment, but that's the case anywhere you go. I'm pleased to say I don't often have to go there - it's mostly because I have young children - but I find the receptionists fine. If you're polite to them, they're polite to you. And the doctors are helpful and sympathetic.All in all, I think they do a good job.
