These people (so called doctors) are not following the doctor's ethical codes...lying about not receiving referral letters from hospitals and clinics.... ignoring any urgency on some cases or priorities when it comes to patient with multiple cancer history! They should be retrained on how they have to prioritise in cases where patients with serious conditions would suffer consequences if they do not do their job appropriately and ethically. Their professionalism is nowhere near to acceptable standard. Shame on them for treating people same way regardless whether they have cancer or flu ... Lazy, neglecting, condescending attitude !

The reception staff is unhelpful and seem to enjoy making patients life difficult. Some Doctors are dangerously uncaring. I have been in this practice for 2 years and most of the time they have been useless. They do not listen to patients. I am changing practices, enough is enough.
They're okay, the waiting time is hit and miss...depends what time your appointment is. They have got better recently to their credit.
