Basically they never want to help you and never have appointments (except for the older english lady at reception).We also had to wait 30 mins even though we had an appointment.
Awful service both over the phone and in person. Took 15 minutes to get through on the phone and then the member of staff hung up as they couldn't be bothered to discuss booking me in. Would not recommend and I moved surgerys as a result
I came after an appointment,the lady wasn't in reception waited for here around three minutes when she came put me last in list,then waiting for my turn doctor didn't take me turn was with a patient on phone and left me almost one hour some patients came after me and been seen in minutes reception she said he's busy at the moment busy doing what !!???? Thats that the service we expect from a GP practice I was very ill left without seeing doctor the first time that happened to me I will move to another GP.I think is better to give opportunity to young doctors they see people all same,they are more efficient.
This surgery has threatened me with legal action for honestly talking about how bad they are. Do not go here. Every experience I had was negative. Stay away. They are plenty of excellent GPs in the area. This is NOT one of them.
We moved to the area recently and had very good experience from registration to making appointment. Unlike the GPs we had before, the staff are friendly and willing to help. The nurse has kindly advised that we could have MMR vaccine. None of our previous GPs have told us.
