My mother is registered at this surgery and over the past month I have spoken to 2 different receptionists. Both Valerie and Cathy have been brilliant. Both have taken time and interest in my call and my concern and made every effort to help me. Very pleasant, helpful and extremely understanding. I must admit very refreshing to have such good front of desk staff!! Hopefully more staff and surgeries will follow suit.
