rang firm on Monday 21/01/2019 to get a quote but no one got back to me that day when the solicitor busy that day. rang on Tuesday again saying i expected a phone call and i was told i will be contacted but no one, again, called me back.rang again on Wednesday and no one success.Rang on Thursday and solicitor who could give me a quote was attending the court and she didn't get back to me by the end of the day.rang on Friday the solicitor who was supposed to give me quote was not in after the discussion with the receptionist, the lady on the hung up the phone on me without apologising or saying good bye.I feel bad I had to deal with such a amateur on the phone. if she is going to be the first contact at the firm, i prefer what to work with this firm.thanks for wasting my time.
