Do not use this firm for personal injury claims!! After 2 years you will still be waiting for their movement. Communication is cold, rude and patronising. Attention to detail is non existent. Your best interests will not be served. You will be ignored. If you then challenge their service they will drop you into the bin.In reply to your answer Ms King - I'm in your dustbin of unwanted clients and I got sick to death of trying to contact to you.My opportunity to obtain justice for serious physical abuse is gone because of your horrific service.
