Was a more complicated sale but they are supposed to specialise in this area. Sale almost collapsed because of painfully slow pace and limited communication. Extremely stressful. Both the estate agent & buyer's solicitors were appalled at the lack of professionalism. I did not feel my complaint to business owner was taken seriously or treated with the urgency it deserved. Throughout the process I had to chase them constantly and sort all out every single query myself. Would not use again.
